No. You can browse, add to your bag and complete an order without signing up. We ask only for the name, phone number and address we need to deliver to you.
You will see an order number as soon as you place it โ keep it. Our team also calls you to confirm the order and your address before we pack it.
Yes, while it is still being prepared. Call us with your order number as soon as you can. Once a parcel has left us it cannot be recalled, and it becomes a return instead.

Inside Dhaka: up to 5 working days. Outside Dhaka: up to 10 working days. Both are counted from the day we call to confirm your order. Fridays and public holidays are not counted as working days.
Track it with your order number and the phone number you ordered with. You will see every step, with the time it happened โ confirmed, packed, on its way, delivered.

Product prices are before VAT. At checkout we add 7.5% VAT on the goods (after any discount) and the delivery charge, and round the total to the nearest taka. The total shown at checkout is exactly what you pay. Nothing is added later.
Each product page lists the sizes available for that piece. If you are between sizes or unsure, call us before ordering โ it is far easier than sending something back.
Call us with your order number as soon as you notice. If a piece arrived damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, we will put it right.
