We deliver to every district in Bangladesh.
What delivery costs

The charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order, and it is included in the total you are asked to pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
How long it takes
Inside Dhaka: up to 5 working days. Outside Dhaka: up to 10 working days. Both are counted from the day we call to confirm your order.
Fridays and public holidays are not counted as working days.
Before we pack
Someone from AVA calls you to confirm your order and your address before the parcel is packed. If we cannot reach you we will try again, rather than send a parcel to an address we are unsure of.
Paying
Pay whichever way suits you:
- Cash on delivery โ you pay the delivery person when the parcel reaches you.
- Online at checkout โ by card, bKash, Nagad or other mobile banking, on SSLCommerz's secure payment page.
Either way, the delivery charge is shown before you confirm, and nothing is added afterwards.
Following your parcel
You do not need an account. Go to Track my order and enter your order number and the phone number you ordered with. You will see every step and the time it happened โ confirmed, packed, on its way, delivered.
Keep your order number. It is shown as soon as you place the order.
How your parcel arrives
Parcels are packed plainly. Nothing on the outside says what is inside.
